Settings > General > Keyboard > Shortcuts Type in desired phrase and shortcut

Hold down an app (starts wiggling) and then drag it onto another app this creates a folder. To remove an app from a folder, repeat the process (hold down until it starts wiggling and then drag it out of the folder.

Zoom in/out and make screen bigger:
Try zooming in on a website by pinching out with two fingers on the screen. To zoom out again, just pinch in with two fingers. Double tap on the screen to auto-zoom and make the screen bigger.
